Samad Searles-Bevans, 49, of Clementon was later charged with obstruction of justice, contempt of court and numerous motor vehicle violations, Gloucester Township police said.
On Sunday, Aug. 20, at approximately 9 p.m., Gloucester Township Police were conducting a proactive patrol in the area of Millbridge Road.
Searles-Bevans was observed operating a motor vehicle with numerous motor vehicle violations and was then observed entering his residence.
